Performance metrics, reach percentages, and velocity figures referenced on our Website represent illustrative benchmarks from client engagements and are not guarantees of future results for any specific client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevolutionReach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
